Faith & Minerals Wellness is operated by Ninety Essentials Wellness LLC.

This policy applies to purchases of HTMA Profile 2, Existing Report Review, and related items or services offered through this website.

Cancellations and refund requests

To request a cancellation or refund review, contact Faith & Minerals Wellness at info@faithandminerals.com with the name and email address used for the purchase and any order details available. Please do not send health information or payment-card details by email.

Requests are reviewed based on the services, materials, or fulfilment already provided. When a physical kit has been shipped, a specimen has been submitted for laboratory processing, or individualized educational work has begun, some portions of an order may no longer be refundable.

Service limitations

Completed educational interpretation, delivered materials, and completed consultations may not be eligible for a refund. If there is a factual or clerical concern with a delivered item or service, contact us so it can be reviewed.

Any approved refund is issued through the original payment method where practical. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider or financial institution.
