Refund Policy

Faith & Minerals Wellness is operated by Ninety Essentials Wellness LLC.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of fulfilment because HTMA Profile 2 includes physical kit coordination, laboratory processing, educational interpretation, and a consultation.

HTMA Profile 2 cancellation and refunds

Before kit shipment

If you request cancellation before the collection kit has shipped, your order is eligible for a full refund.

After kit shipment and before specimen submission

Once a kit has shipped, completed physical fulfilment may be non-refundable, including the collection kit and outbound-shipping-related costs already provided. Any remaining refund is reviewed based on the unperformed portion of the package and actual non-recoverable services or costs already provided. No fixed kit, shipping, handling, or payment-processing deduction is published at this time.

After specimen submission or laboratory processing

Once a specimen has been submitted to the laboratory or laboratory processing has begun, the laboratory portion and completed physical fulfilment are non-refundable. Any unperformed Faith & Minerals service component may be reviewed only when it is operationally separable.

After educational interpretation begins

Once Faith & Minerals has begun individualized educational interpretation or written-report preparation, the completed or substantially commenced professional-service portion is non-refundable.

After secure document delivery or consultation

After the completed educational interpretation has been securely delivered, that completed interpretation portion is non-refundable. Factual or clerical issues may be reviewed for correction; a correction does not create a right to unlimited revisions or a refund. Once the included 45-minute educational review consultation has been completed, the consultation portion is non-refundable.

Existing HTMA Report Review

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. One complimentary reschedule is available with adequate notice. A cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours' notice may be non-refundable, and a no-show may be non-refundable.

Faith & Minerals may approve reasonable exceptions for documented exceptional circumstances. Once individualized review or educational interpretation work has begun, that work is non-refundable. Completed review consultations are non-refundable.

How to request a review

Email info@faithandminerals.com with your full name, the email address used for purchase, your order number if available, and the reason for your request. Do not include medical details to make a refund or cancellation request.

Refund timing

Requests are reviewed promptly, and Faith & Minerals will notify you of the decision. After an approved refund is initiated, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, and payment method. Card refunds commonly appear approximately 5–10 business days after they are initiated, depending on your bank or card issuer.
