Shipping Policy

Faith & Minerals Wellness is operated by Ninety Essentials Wellness LLC.

The physical item shipped for HTMA Profile 2 is a hair-sample collection kit containing collection instructions, a specimen envelope, a hair weight scale card, the laboratory submittal form, and a pre-addressed return mailing envelope.

Standard U.S. sample-kit shipping is included.

After intake and mailing details are confirmed, kits are normally prepared within two business days. This is an estimated preparation time, not a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier transit time is separate from kit preparation time.

Return mailing and laboratory acceptance

The return envelope is pre-addressed. This description does not state whether return postage is prepaid. Follow the return-mailing instructions included with your kit.

Laboratory turnaround begins only after the laboratory receives and accepts the specimen. Laboratory acceptance depends on the specimen satisfying the laboratory's requirements.

Lost, damaged, or incorrectly addressed kits

Tracking will be provided when available through the selected shipping method. If a kit arrives damaged, contact info@faithandminerals.com. Faith & Minerals will review verified transit damage and may arrange an appropriate replacement when warranted.

If a kit appears lost in transit, Faith & Minerals will first review available carrier or tracking information. Replacement eligibility is determined after that review.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address. Contact info@faithandminerals.com promptly if an address correction is needed. If an incorrect customer-provided address causes an additional shipment or reshipment, you may be responsible for the additional shipping cost.

Insufficient or unacceptable specimens

If the laboratory reports that a specimen is insufficient, contaminated, unusable, or otherwise unacceptable, Faith & Minerals will contact you with the available next steps. Any replacement collection materials, additional shipping, repeat laboratory fee, or refund treatment depends on the actual laboratory circumstances and applicable costs.

International orders

International orders require advance confirmation before purchase. Contact info@faithandminerals.com to confirm service availability, shipping charges, specimen-return requirements, laboratory or logistics restrictions, customs or import considerations, and applicable international terms.

Faith & Minerals is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses, weather, or laboratory receipt issues outside its reasonable control.
